This holistic, deeply relaxing and clarifying experience works on the concept of gratitude, mindfulness and face meridian points, focusing on both mind, face and body to help you reduce stress, wrinkle/laugh lines and ‘be more in the present’ together for you and your child. The trainer/ facilitator skilfully guides you through demonstration on mindful face yoga and how to give your loved ones a relaxing facial massage, alongside breathing and visualisation techniques to help relax the mind and release physical or emotional anxieties.

 

There are approximately 52 muscles in your face, exercising and massaging them helps release facial, neck tension and eye strain. Doing facial exercises, simple face massage, stretch or Face Yoga together, is a completely fun way to bond and natural way to make you and your loved ones look better by toning the muscles and it’s great for relaxation, connections and is also known to help alleviate any sinus issues you or your loved ones may be experiencing.

 

Face yoga also helps make your jawbone sharper, more prominent, enhance the cheekbones and sheds the excess fat in your face and neck.

About the speaker- Silvia Ng

 

Silvia is an international recognized Yoga Teacher (For both Adults and Kids), Ministry of Education (MOE) Instructor, PA Trainer and ACTA  Trainer, alongside a toolbox of effective coaching modalities i.e. Life/ Career/ Wellness Coaching, Positive Psychology, International Diploma in Ashtanga Yoga, Kids Yoga, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Enneagram Profiling, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Essential Oils & Energy Healing, Neuro Super Intelligence Development (SID), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

 

Since 2005, Silvia’s experience in Yoga Training, Executive Coaching and Personal Mentoring spans over a period of 12 years. She has helped many in Asia, ranging from kids/ toddlers, teens to adults from ages 4-70 years old to develop Positive Mindset, Super Intelligence Development, Mental Finesse, Confident Personas, Healthy Lifestyle to achieve freedom from pain, illnesses, negative thoughts, stress and anxiety with proven modern, ancient technologies and neuroscience methods inspired from researches of the world-class universities.
