Etiqa has been great to deal with . It’s easy to connect to Etiqa customer service especially via email, esp when I’m overseas and needing help on what to do when a claims needed to be made. The service officers are prompt in their response which made email correspondence so important during a claims situation esp so when I’m overseas and phone call would be expensive.
