If your claim is successfully processed and you have our TiqConnect account, the claim payment will be credited to your eWallet the next working day. If you wish to encash your eWallet, you may visit TiqConnect’s encashment facility or via Tiq by Etiqa App.

The duration of claims process varies for different policy types and situations. To help you stay up-to-date on your claims status, we will send you a SMS to your registered mobile number upon receiving your claims. Alternatively, you can also check your claims status on your TiqConnect account here.
