What you think really matters to us. If you have a feedback or complaint, please get in touch with us via email at customer.service@etiqa.com.sg or call us at +65 6887 8777 from 8.45am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday)

Upon receiving your feedback or complaint

  • Our Customer Care Officer will acknowledge within 2 business days
  • Your feedback or complaint will be addressed as soon as possible within Etiqa and where necessary, with the relevant business partners
  • If you have made a complaint to us, we will assign a complaint officer to handle your complaint and we will contact you within 7 business days from the date of your complaint if we require additional information
  • We will update you within 15 business days of our last communication to you if your complaint takes longer to resolve
  • We are committed to resolve your complaint within 30 business days after the date of receipt of your complaint
  • If the outcome of your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you can write to our Chief Executive at CXFeedbackMT@etiqa.com.sg. We will respond to your appeal within 14 business days.
