Your Opinion Matters to Us

What you think really matters to us. If you have a feedback or complaint, you may reach us by the following:

Our Complaint Handling Process

Upon receiving your feedback or complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  • Provide a final response and proposed resolution (where applicable) within 20 business days
  • If additional time is required for investigation, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated timeline

 

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your concern by writing to our Chief Executive at CXFeedback.MT@etiqa.com.sg. We will respond to your appeal within 15 business days.

Complaints Involving Non-Etiqa Representatives

For complaints related to the business conduct of non-Etiqa Financial Representatives (e.g., bank partner, independent financial advisory firms), the respective entities will:

  • Conduct the necessary investigations
  • Communicate with you directly on the interim and final outcomes based on their own timelines
