Joys Wiraatmadja was appointed Chief Customer Officer of Etiqa Singapore in March 2025. She brings over 22 years of experience in the financial industry, with deep expertise in compliance, customer experience, and governance.

She previously led Etiqa’s Compliance team and has held senior roles at NTUC Income as Chief Compliance Officer and at Great Eastern overseeing Group Compliance and AML/CFT.

Joys holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Accounting from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
