Singtel Bill Protect

As part of Etiqa’s partnership with Singtel, we are pleased to launch Singtel Bill Protect, a complimentary 12-month plan that offers coverage for retrenchment and accidental death. Exclusively for Singtel customers, you will receive waiver of your outstanding Singtel bills in the event of job retrenchment or a lump sum payout upon accidental death.

Retrenchment benefit

  • 6-month waiver of unpaid eligible Singtel bill (capped at S$600 in total, given over 6 equal monthly instalments)
  • Eligible if you’re aged 65 (next birthday) or younger after consecutive 30 days of unemployment following retrenchment and the retrenchment date is 90 days after sign up

  • 12 times of your last eligible Singtel bill amount
  • Lump sum payout up to S$1,200 to your loved ones

It excludes GOMO and heya users, as well as Singtel bill accounts that are suspended or permanently disconnected.
